    SCA is seeking a CEO/Administrator at our Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head

     

    The Outpatient Surgery Center of Hilton Head is located in the heart of golf courses and Atlantic Beaches. It features four fully equipped operating rooms specializing in general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, GI urology, pediatric dental, plastics, gynecology, pain management, podiatry and ENT.

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    Reporting to Operations leadership, the Administrator serves as the CEO of the center.  As such, they will have full accountability for clinical quality, business and strategic planning, financial results, personnel recruitment, development and oversight, operational effectiveness, facility management and regulatory compliance

     

    Position Responsibilities: 

    • Provides leadership to a team of clinical and business professionals, focused on clinical quality outcomes, labor efficiencies, supply chain management, volume growth drivers and revenue cycle optimization
    • Responsible for the Center’s P&L; managing financial controls and reporting.
    • Manages operational strategies
    • Develops and maintains an effective marketing program that encompasses physicians, patients, medical groups, and third party payers focused on case volume growth.
    • Safeguards the Center's assets and ensures that Center's building and/or tenant improvements and equipment are maintained in good working order and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
    • Maintains center operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting body standards at all times
    • Fosters positive relationships with physician partners and medical staff members

    Qualifications

    Total education, vocational training and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Business Administrator or Management Required Master's Degree preferred
    • Operational management experience required
    • Budgeting, financial management, clinical service management and materials management required
    • Experience in outpatient surgery center operations strongly preferred
    • Healthcare regulatory and accreditation compliance experience preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
