    Facility Description: Internal relationships (works closely with): All departments, all teammates, patients , physicians, visitors, and contractors. Must have external relationships as well. Initiative, good judgement, problem solving skills, decision making skills and strong organizational skills.

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered. Cost effective manner with SCA mission vision and values. Control and manager inventory. Control and manager inventory expense and coordinate accounts payable functions with AP. 


    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Center supply and equipment inventory management and recordkeeping
    • SCA Smart System inventory management
    • Order and monitor supplies for accurate PAR levels
    • Follow month end protocols for accruals
    • Work with vendors and physicians 
    • Monitor returns and outdated supplies


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to organize reports, basic computer skills and internet experience. Clinical background preferred but not required.
    • High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years recent experience in healthcare purchasing and inventory.
