    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    We are looking for experienced dedicated RN, who will live the values our company stand for . Preferably a RN that has worked in an ambulatory surgical setting, ICU, and emergency room.

    Successful candidates will provide quality nursing care in preassessment . Must be a team-player with excellent assessment skills. Ability to multi-task with interpersonal skills, compassion for patient needs, and a high degree of professionalism. Fast paced, high volume environment!


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Correlate clinical data with patient’s medical and nursing care.
    • Set priorities in order to facilitate smooth patient flow in a fast pace environment.
    • Provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency throughout the clinical areas of the facility.
    • Ability to communicate well with patients, families, teammates, physicians, other members of the healthcare team, etc.
    • Medical history electronic entry.
    • Recognizes legal and policy limits of individual practice.
    • Continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based upon age-specific needs utilizing a developmental perspective.


    • Current, active New Jersey RN license
    • Previous experience in an admitting in an ambulatory setting
    • Basic Computer knowledge
    • Must be BCLS certified
    • ACLS and PALS certified within three months of date of hire
    • Pre-employment physical with additional testing as required to meet all applicable standards
