The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is a core member of the Learning & Development team at SCA. This role is accountable for maintaining LMS learning content, reporting, roles and permissions to support the company and individual facilities’ goal of ongoing education needs to meet company, regulatory and accreditation standards. The LMS Administrator uses their learning management system skills and expertise for creating new processes, problem solving, innovation and implementation of projects and tasks, working with training and other departments as needed.
