    Surgical Care Affiliates is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Carmel, IN office.

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    • Maintain a professional and polished reception area
    • Greet guests as soon as they arrive at the office and communicate their arrival appropriately and timely
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
    • desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Directly support leadership with accurate and timely completion of booking travel, expense reports, calendars and other administrative requests
    • Coordinate, plan and organize office events and meetings both on and offsite
    • Maintain organization of office supply inventory and delivery; accurately track inventory, order supplies when needed, distribute to office and keep office break rooms and conference rooms

    • Create and distribute professional office wide email and tv communications
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
    • Accurate and timely completion of all needed filing
    • Maintain availability to leadership throughout the work day
    • Serve as back up for Leads or Managers as needed to approve department timecards as well as administratively approve teammate timecards for exempt level teammates as needed
    • Make travel arrangements for teammates and guests in the office


    • Minimum of an Associate’s degree and one year of experience, or three years of experience performing high level office support functions
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Moderate comfortability with Office 365 preferred
    • Moderate comfortability with Concur Solutions for expenses preferred
