    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    The Director of Development is responsible for providing transactional and target-facing support to the merger and acquisition (M&A) activity for the Company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ability to collaborate with Development VP and/or Sr. Director on market strategy development and lead efforts to execute on the strategy

    • Refined external presentation skills and ability to assist/lead target-facing presentations for new potential partners (ASCs, health systems, medical groups, etc.)

    • Quarterback multiple transactions at a time (Letter of Intent to close)

    • Training / development of Associates and Sr. Analysts

    • Build network of relationships in target markets (physicians, ASC admins, device reps, etc.)

    • Test market strategy to support refinement of value proposition

    • Actively participate in deal negotiations

    • Conduct all business matters with the highest degree of integrity 


    • Undergraduate degree required

    • 5 years of work experience preferred

    • Ability to travel up to 25% with one to two overnights a week

    • Strong financial, analytical, and written skills required

    • Refined sales, presentations skills required

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner

    • Relationship oriented

    • Strong presentation skills in both one-on-one, executive briefings and large audience settings
