    Facility Description:

    The Paoli Surgery Center, a Joint Commission accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center, is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Operating Room Manager to join our growing team. We are a multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center with 4 operating rooms and 1 procedure room.


    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    The OR Manager is responsible for all aspects of patient care delivery in the Operating Room. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plans and coordinates with purchaser, vendors, surgeons, scheduler and Anesthesia to ensure proper staffing, equipment, supplies and instruments are available for surgical cases.
    • Works closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain updated policies and procedures by reviewing current policies and practices against regulatory, accreditation, AORN and AAMI standards.
    • Works closely with the core leadership team to set and accomplish strategic goals for the facility.
    • Communicates with staff, physicians, peers, patients and families in a clear, direct, honest and open manner.
    • Responsible for hiring and onboarding all Operating Room teammates.
    • Ability to circulate and scrub, as needed.



    • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operating room 


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • CNOR preferred 


    • Current RN licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
    • BLS
