    Reporting to the Sr. Director of Development, the Development Analyst is responsible for leading pro forma financial models for SCA’s merger and acquisition activity across the country.

    Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    Development, Finance & Operational leaders with exposure to the Executive Team

    Job Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • 1 to 3 years work experience preferred
    • Qualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, with decision making skills
    • Exceptional skill in problem solving, financial analysis, and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
    • Very proficient skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to independently travel up to 75% as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for training or meetings


    • Owning the pro forma financial model for mergers and acquisitions from inception to deal close
    • Assisting in preparation of executive approval packages
    • Thinking critically about how a transaction supports the overall strategy of the market and the Company
    • Ensuring that communication to prospective customers is accurate, prompt, and timely
    • Fostering a culture of open communication, creativity, and teamwork
    • Working with Finance and Operational leaders to confirm key assumptions in the pro forma financial model
