    Naperville Surgical Centre, a freestanding ambulatory surgery facility, is owned by DuPage Medical Group, Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. and Advocate Network Services (an affiliate of Advocate Health Care).     Accountabilities / Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated RN to work in the PACU at our ambulatory surgical center as full time or per diem.  The RN's responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge in the perioperative setting. Candidate must exemplify our organization’s values of Clinical Quality, Integrity, Service Excellence, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieves patient outcomes through implementation of critical pathways and in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the facility.
    • Assesses, plans, implements and coordinates patient care.
    • Communicates well with patients, families, teammates, physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
    • Implements appropriate standards of care
    • Utilizes specialized nursing knowledge and nursing process while giving direct or indirect care.


    • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing.
    • At least 1 year of nursing experience required.
    • Acute care or PACU experience preferred.
    • Current IL state licensure to practice.
    • Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) preferred
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
