The Supply Chain Integration and Training Manager manages supply chain activities related to the due diligence and acquisition of centers/hospitals projects as part of the Development and Support Services process. This role will coordinate all of the supply chain activities within Supply Chain Operations (SCO,) other SCA departments, as well as potential and existing centers/hospitals to ensure that deadlines, timelines and commitments are met. This role is also responsible to deliver supply chain related training to SCA’s surgery center partnerships and acquisitions. This role will be tasked with developing and efficiently delivering training in multiple formats including web-based, regional on-site, and center specific. The successful candidate will have a solid background in project management and extensive supply chain or purchasing experience. Additionally, the candidate must be results oriented, analytical, versatile, and motivated with sound judgment and excellent communication skills. This candidate will have proven successful leadership capabilities with influencing skills and the ability to foster credibility and trust while encouraging and capitalizing on opportunities.
