Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group CFO, the Analyst – Financial Operations, is responsible for providing analytical support to the Operations team, generating standard monthly operational and financial reports, and completing ad hoc requests and special projects as needed. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze monthly results and provide comments on key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Perform analytics to support the Group CFO and Financial Operations team and Operations team
  • Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
  • Complete ad hoc requests and special projects.
  • Build presentations for monthly operating reviews and Board meetings
  • Build financial models for transactions with new physicians and mergers


  • Qualified candidate will be highly analytical, a critical thinker, intellectually curious, with decision making skills. 
  • Very proficient to expert level skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to use discretion, prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints.
  • Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience working in relevant business field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business field required – Finance/Economics/Accounting
  • Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
