The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for developing, recommending and implementing current and revised compensation and benefit programs to be responsive to SCA’s goals. This position is responsible for ensuring that company compensation and benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
This role would be located out of corporate office in Deerfield Illinois or our Regional Business Office in Birmingham Alabama
