This position is primarily responsible for:
• Leading the team of System Administrators
• Creating new users
• Unfreezing user accounts or resetting passwords
• Expanding or Refining Sharing Rules and Permission Sets
• Managing Profiles, Groups, and Roles
• Single Sign On, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems
• Adding new IP addresses to the whitelist
• Standard and custom reporting
• Adding new Fields or Objects
• Creating/Modifying/Troubleshooting Workflow rules, Flows, and Process Builders
• Updating and Creating Page Layouts and Record Types
• Updating, Installing, and Configuring Salesforce Apps
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases
• Database maintenance tasks including diagnostic tests
• Loading data as needed (dataloader, import wizard)

• Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce
• Monitoring API calls, Scheduled Jobs, etc.
• Creating/Modifying processes in MuleSoft
• Basic Five9/Salesforce connection troubleshooting (email to case, SF adapter)
• Manually pushing lists to Five9 as needed
• Documenting processes and updates
Minimum Qualifications
Education, Training and Experience:
• 4-6 years of Salesforce experience
• 2-3 years of Leadership experience
• Experience working on teams using the Agile methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge, Abilities & Skills:
• The ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to self-educate, self-manage, & work on a team
• Strong organizational skill set
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Other Qualifications
• Experience with applications within a healthcare environment is preferred
