Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, this position will have full responsibility for maintaining enterprise-wide data and Hyperion plan cycle readiness, validating financial data, and participating in numerous reporting and ad hoc projects. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for such planning and analytical activities, including, but not limited to:

  • Identifying key business metrics, developing monitoring tools and creating financial reporting packages for executive team
  • Assisting in ERP consolidation, plan-cycle readiness, and system validations
  • Performing moderate to complex financial analysis to support the business leaders
  • Coordinate monthly changes to the annual plan
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to standardize, simplify, and streamline to drive our value of Continuous Improvement
  • As requested, tackling ad hoc items from internal stakeholders



  • 1-3 years of finance operations or financial planning & analysis
  • Prior experience with demonstrated success in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to digest large amounts of financial information, render judgment and create context
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning and exceptional Essbase skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Collaborate with other finance teammates, and across departments


An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
